chibicandy01's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sabe story part Here is another part.. still working on.. comments.. or ideas for plot would be greatly appreciated!!! -cands ******** He was actually a nice person when he wanted to be. Sabe thought as she watched him play with the smaller kids in the village. He looked up and smiled at her and then before he could get knocked down by one of the kids he turned. Sighing sabe picked up a piece of grass and twirled it between her fingers as she thought of all the events that had happened over the past two weeks. She still hadn’t found the right moment to tell him about whom she really was but it just never seemed like the time to bring up all those awful revelations. But she knew that he had a right to know what sort of trouble in would lie in store for him if he stayed with her. They were bound to find her again once the spell of disguise wore off. And when they did the village will be like the other. She didn’t know if she could bear any more of that kind of guilt. Her best friend died there because of her and even now she could feel the cold bitter bite of pain her loss had caused. She wondered if she could just leave him . If only she hadn’t realized how much she loved him . She couldn’t lose him and the only way she knew to protect him was to leave. But how would she get passed the sentry’s posted at the different outposts around the boundary. Frustration for the futileness of it all nagged at her as she tried to contemplate a more serious escape plan. When she felt as if she had come up with a sort of plan she laid her head back against the great oak tree’s trunk. Staring at the softly clouded sky tinged with a light blue made her wish that things could work out for them. Feeling a gaze on her she looked to her left and saw her standing there silently mocking her for still being here. Then turning slowly the lady walked back to a smaller hut that had been stationed off to the side. Sabe smarting inside with pent up anger knew she needed to fight or do something or go crazy with all the subtle threats she keeps getting from the wise womans underlings. Well, may be underlings is not the right word more like pawns in her own sick twisted game. Zche waddled over to lie down by her side and she stopped all those confusing thoughts and instead concentrated on the up coming celebration. She hadn’t really thought about what she would be required to do. What if they wanted her to dress up more than this? Ruthlessly she threw the blade of grass down and stared at her attire. She was dressed in a dress of a light green color that flared softly at the bottom and had a soft-swaying top with multiple folds and clips held together by leather. There were muted colors of embroidered flowers sewed all around the seems of the neck and hem. Sabe had been pensive at first at wearing the gift his grandmother had made her but then it wasn’t exactly fashionable to be wearing leather pants and blade belts slung across the tightly fitted body suit that she usually wore. Although a little uncomfortable IT still felt nice to be wearing something that didn’t remind her of the impending danger. 12:12 a.m. - 2002-03-19 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
